Failed payments are often the result of incorrect payment information or insufficient funds.

If you wish to receive your next issue of DUFFLE BAG (I hope that you do!),
follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

It is important to follow the steps below because they detail how to
update the payment method specifically assigned to your subscription
for DUFFLE BAG,
and not just the general payment method stored in your customer account
SPELL OUT THAT THERE’S TWO PLACES PAYMENT METHODS ARE INPUT
ONE IS GENERAL ACCOUNT, ONE IS DUFFLE BAG SPECIFIC
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: YOU GO HANDLE
INVALID PAYMENT INFO: YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOU CARD SPECIFICALLY LINKED TO DUFFLE BAG, THE STEPS BELOW DETAIL HOW TO DO THIS
WHAT TO DO?
1. Log into your customer account
MOBILE: Tap the = symbol in the top left corner of this page and select LOGIN
DESKTOP: Click LOGIN in the top right corner of this page
2. Select SUBSCRIPTIONS
3. Select DUFFLE BAG - A MONTHLY MAIL CLUB
4. Select PAYMENT METHOD
5. Select UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD then select ADD NEW PAYMENT METHOD
6. Input valid payment information and you are all set!
If your payment information looked correct,
then there is a chance that the issue is with
your credit card company or bank.
Check to see if you recently received
a notification from them.
WHAT NEXT?
When an initial payment attempt fails,
my website will attempt it again in 5 days,
then once more in 10 days.
If all three of those attempts fail,
then your subscription is automatically cancelled.
So if you updated your payment information
to something valid within 10 days of
receiving an email from me,
then you are all set to receive next month’s
issue of DUFFLE BAG,
and you can feel free to stop reading
all of this!
