Frequently Asked Questions

  • I mail out Duffle Bag on the first of each month.

    So after you sign up, the first issue you receive will be the following month’s.

    For example, if you sign up on January 14th, the first issue you will receive will be the February issue that I mail out on February 1st

    It is mailed with a stamp and is untrackable, so there will not be a tracking number in your order fulfillment email.

    These are the usual mailing times:

    U.S. Subscribers - 1 To 2 Weeks

    International Subscribers - 3 To 4 Weeks

    However, the post office possesses a certain mystique, and mail occasionally finds itself lost in another realm.

    If this happens to your order, please be patient, and get in touch with me.

    I will happily replace your issue of Duffle Bag if it doesn’t arrive.

    I mail outside of the U.S. for an additional cost of only $1

    These envelopes are categorized as “letters”, so you will not have to pay customs, duties, or VAT

    This does mean that your issue will not have a tracking number and will take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive

  • Monthly subscribers: Log into your customer account (click ‘Log In’ at the top. of this page), navigate to your account details, and select ‘Cancel.’

    Annual subscribers: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you’d like to stop receiving The Cloud Report, please use my contact form and let me know.
